Mikelle has spent over 28聽years working in the fashion industry as a designer, CAD artist, and product developer. She started training people in Illustrator for fashion design early on in her career and eventually began working at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology聽as an adjunct professor.聽She has since also worked as an adjunct at Jefferson University and currently works in Product Operations for J.Crew, helping the team deploy and train users on digital creative systems.
Mikelle also owns 383 Design Studio, helping fashion professionals master digital design tools to build successful careers and businesses.
